Mi Musica, Inc. and its subsidiaries (“Wicreate Media”) ("Wicreate") respect your right to privacy. This policy summarizes what personally identifiable information we may collect, and how we might use this information. This policy also describes other important topics relating to your privacy.

Wicreate Internet Privacy Policy
It is Mi Musica’s policy to comply with all applicable privacy and data protection laws. This commitment reflects the value we place on earning and keeping the trust of our employees, customers, business partners and others who share their personal information with us. This Global Internet Privacy Policy (this “Policy”) describes how Wicreate protects your privacy when we collect personal information on Wicreate Internet sites. As used in this Policy, the term “personal information” means information that identifies you personally, alone or in combination with other information available to us. This Policy applies, in general, to all Internet sites operated by or on behalf of Wicreate and its business units, including but not limited to radio, television and music Internet sites (each an “Wicreate Internet Site”). It applies to our current information collection, use, and sharing practices, as well as those in place for the last 12 months.

Mobile Apps

When connecting to our radio stream, your IP address will be sent to our radio service provider in order for us to track listening trends and provide licensing bodies with royalty reports. Once our service provider receives your IP it is immediately anonymised, deleted and becomes untraceable. This data is never sold on or passed to other companies.

For iOS Apps Mi Musica Radio iOS App does not collect any user data when installed or launched on your device. For Android Apps Mi Musica Radio Android App does not collect any user data during use. In order to provide audio control during Phone App use, the App will monitor the 'state' of the phone App (Idle, in call, call ended) if applicable on your device. At no point will the App be able to listen in or derive phone numbers or data. The Android App also requires access to local storage. This is to store its configuration for faster launch times.'


Web Site Privacy Statements
Although this Policy applies to all Wicreate Internet Sites generally, each Wicreate Internet Site has a different purpose and different features. If additional or different disclosures are required with respect to a specific Wicreate Internet Site, we will provide those disclosures on the site itself or in a separate web site privacy statement (“Web Site Privacy Statement”) posted on that site. Each individual disclosure or Web Site Privacy Statement supplements and amends this Policy, but only with respect to the Wicreate Internet Site on which it is posted.

Your Consent
By using a Wicreate Internet Site or providing personal information to us, you are consenting to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information as described in this Policy and any applicable Web Site Privacy Statements. If you do not consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information as described in this Policy (and any applicable Web Site Privacy Statements), do not use Wicreate Internet Sites.

Your personal information will generally be stored in Wicreate databases or databases maintained by our service providers. Most of these databases are stored on servers located in the United States. Wicreate maintains reasonable safeguards to protect the confidentiality, security and integrity of your personal information. For example, we use secure socket layer (SSL) technology to transfer personal information over the Internet. California Privacy Rights

If you are a California resident, you have the following rights.

Right of Access. You have the right to access your personal information maintained by us. Upon receipt of a verifiable request to access personal information, we will disclose and deliver, free of charge, the personal information requested.
